Ciao Itallia

Situated on the corner of Broadway and Kensington drive, Ciao Itallia on Broadway is within 15 minute drive of almost all the B&B's in the Umhlanga area. We describe our menu as using the original ingredients of an Italian Trattoria and putting a modern twist to it. This style of cooking has earned us the "Top 100 Restaurant in South Africa" award for the past 5 years running, and last year our restaurant in Westville earned the "Johnny Walker best restaurant" award for KZN.

We pride ourselves in using only the finest & freshest ingredients and will never hesitate to not sell an item if it is not absolutely perfect. We do a variety of specials every day which are not necessary Italian; for example you might find yourselves enjoying a Zanzibar Duck or Mozambican chilli prawns. This enables our guests to enjoy all styles of food if they are not in the mood for Italian.

Our trading hours are:
Mon - Fri Lunch (12h00 - 14h30)
Mon - Sat Dinner (18h00 - 22h30)

We also offer Take away's during normal trading hours; just give us a call and we will have it ready for you within the hour.

Another service that we offer is outside catering, whether it is a platter for four or a wedding for four hundred, we will make it a memorable occasion.
