 Honey Pot bed and breakfast offers a "home from home" holiday for the whole family, with hearty full English breakfasts, or, for those who prefer something lighter, continental fayre with fresh fruit, muesli and hot croissants, all served with steaming coffee.
The 4 bedrooms have individual private entrances with en suite bathrooms, colour TV with M-Net and satellite, coffee / tea making facilities, clean towels daily and a daily maid service.
Each room overlooks a well-established pretty gardens where you can sit and enjoy the peace, quiet and tranquility.
There is a pool for your use and breakfasts are served on our thatched front patio overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Honey Pot bed and breakfast provides a restful atmosphere where you can enjoy a sun-bed around the pool and lovely gardens where you can sit and enjoy those warm South African evenings and eat the results of your braai for which facilities are provided.
We are approximately 800 metres from both Umhlanga Village, while the beach, only a few minutes walk, provides safe bathing with lifeguard supervision. Magnificent sea views from Honey Pot's front gardens, which is situated in a quiet residential setting.
Umhlanga is about 20 minutes by road North of Durban and nearby La Lucia provides an up-market Shopping Mall.
Transfers to and from the airport, together with various day trips can be arranged with reputable local companies as can car hire with Avis and Budget.
We can also offer business facilities to the travelling businessperson with computer, fax, word processing and e-mail facilities on site.
There are telephones in every room for guest's usage together with an additional socket to enable Internet connection if you bring your own PC.
There is a laundry service and picnic baskets can be provided upon request.
Children are welcome and a cot can be provided for the smaller ones.
Small pets are allowed provided prior arrangement has been made.
